Joseph is an amazing portrait photographer. I am a difficult, self-conscious subject. Ask me to smile for a photo and I grimace. I also have deep set eyes that tend to photograph as shadows. I expressed my concerns to Joseph ahead of time. He told me this would not a present any problems, and all would be well. During the sitting Joseph put me at ease, directed me how to tilt, lean and sit. He captured natural, flattering photos without me looking stilted or self-conscious.
